Brooke is a Port Macquarie local, who has worked closely with Richard Morris since being admitted as a solicitor in 2020.

She is known for her personable, professional manner and her ability to put clients at ease during what are often complex and emotionally challenging matters.

Brooke is passionate about assisting clients and provides clear, practical and tailored advice across Estate Planning, Deceased Estates, and Estate Litigation matters. Her work includes preparing wills and other succession planning documents, assisting executors/administrators as well as beneficiaries in the administration of deceased estates, and representing clients in family provisions claims, contested probate proceedings and matters before the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal.

In addition to her succession practice, Brooke also advises clients and their families of their rights and obligations when entering Retirement Villages, Land Lease Communities, and Aged Care facilities.
